Eric Sims

Eric Sims is well know in the rowing circle as an esteemed rower and knowledge bank for everything rowing and sculling.

Eric was formerly employed by Eton Racing Boats where he headed up a team of boat builders and managed the boat repair and spares markets.

Eric founded ES Rowing Services in 2007. He now heads up a team of highly skilled and motivated individuals who between them have over 60 years’ combined experience of the rowing market.

As Technical Director of Dorney Lake, Eric helped develop much of the racking and pontoon systems now employed at the facility – as well as coaching launches and training equipment, these will also form part of ESRS’ product range.
