Kanghua is a new breed of racing boat, offering elite-level performance at club-level prices.

Introduced to the UK and Europe in April 2013, Kanghua boats are gaining momentum as clubs, universities, schools and international teams recognise their unique blend of quality, performance and affordability.  They can be seen racing successfully at events across the country and worldwide.  Kanghua bagged two gold metals at this year's Junior World Championships and two wins at Women's Henley, the Danish national team won a bronze medal in their Kanghua quad at last year's Rowing World Championships and the US U23 women's squad have switched to Kanghua boats.

Available in two ranges, Kanghua boats are based on the popular hull shapes widely used in top-class competition.  Their Aerospace grade honeycomb core provides stiffness and excellent resistance to impacts and water ingress.  Like many other top boats worldwide, the top-of-the-range A-grade Kanghua boats use all-carbon laminate for light weight and increased stiffness.  They are FISA minimum weight and are equipped with riggers manufactured in the UK by ES Rowing Services.

The B-grade boats offer particularly good value, featuring the same Aerospace grade honeycomb core with a carbon and glass fabric outer skin.  Lightweight and strong,   Both grades meet the very highest construction standards and are available in the full range of weights and sizes.

All new Kanghua boats sold in the UK are covered by a 5-year warranty and are fully supported by ES Rowing Services, who can provide repairs as well as replacement parts, riggers and fittings.
